A budget of over € 11 million has been made available for this call. Applications may be submitted until 4 September 2025.
What can the Eurostars grant be used for?
The Eurostars grant allows companies developing new products, services or processes to collaborate with international partners. This enables the introduction of innovations into new markets, the acquisition of knowledge from abroad, and partnerships with new collaborators.
How much funding can you receive?
Each year, the Netherlands allocates a budget of € 22 million for Eurostars, divided across two calls. Each call, including the 9th, therefore, has an approximate budget of € 11 million.
The grant contribution depends on the type of organisation:
- SMEs: 50%
- Knowledge institutes: 50%
- Large companies and other participants: 40%
The maximum grant amount is € 500,000 per project.
What are the eligibility criteria for your project?
To be eligible for Eurostars funding, your project must meet several conditions, including:
- The project is led by an innovative SME established in a Eurostars country;
- The collaboration involves at least two independent entities from two different Eurostars countries;
- At least 50% of the project costs are borne by SMEs;
