How do we use AI in our services?

At Hezelburcht, we use AI in a responsible and transparent manner. Trust is paramount: we never share sensitive client or business information with public Large Language Models (LLMs). We work with carefully designed systems, ensuring we retain full control over how AI is applied within our organisation.

The specialist remains in the lead

For us, AI is a tool, not a replacement. It supports our specialists in making processes more efficient, identifying relevant grant and subsidy opportunities more quickly, and improving the quality of our services. However, the expertise, experience and judgement of our specialists always remain decisive. Every piece of advice we provide is checked and validated by our specialists. AI provides input; the human makes the decision.

We approach this with the same level of responsibility as the rest of our work: everything we do with AI falls under our ISO 9001 guidelines. This means that quality and care always remain central and are guaranteed, including in our use of AI within our services.
