This website, www.hezelburcht.com (the “Site”), operated by Hezelburcht B.V., operating under the name Hezelburcht and situated at Berg en Dalseweg 122, 6522 BW, Nijmegen, is also referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we” or “us” or “Hezelburcht”. We respect and protect your privacy.

Hezelburcht may use the personal data we collect about you through the Site for the following purposes:

  • For customer management purposes and to be able to deliver our services and goods;

  • To develop and improve our way of working, mainly by contacting you for customer surveys, and by testing changes and improvements to our information systems and processes; and

  • Within the framework of the agreement to provide subsidies, to account for subsidies, to apply for credits and/or tax refunds: citizen service numbers (BSNs); e-mail addresses; name, address and place of residence of data (NAW data); dates of birth; and/or salary/wage slips.

6. How we use your personal data not collected through our Site

We may use the personal data we collect about you for the following purposes:

  • To provide to you our services and other information you have requested;
  • In connection with customer management and to invoice you for the services we have provided to you;
  • To register the work we have carried out for you;
  • To develop and improve our way of working, mainly by contacting you for customer surveys and by testing changes and improvements to our information systems and processes; and

7. Forwarding of your personal data collected through the Site or in any other manner

  • This third party grants subsidies; or
  • This third party is an accountant, when an accountant’s declaration is a precondition/requirement; or
  • We, directly or indirectly, use external service providers to process data. For example, we rely on suppliers who assist us in processing part of our administration; we also use external parties when we need assistance in obtaining payment of our invoices; or
  • We use external service providers to assist us with our customer satisfaction surveys, the results of which are used to develop and improve our service; or

  • We have a legal, regulatory, or professional obligation to disclose your personal data (to granting agencies or tax authorities, for example) or to protect our rights, property, or safety of our company, employees, or others; or
  • Hezelburcht B.V., or almost all of its assets, merges with or is acquired by a third party, and your personal data comprise part of the merged or acquired assets.

With the exception of the above cases, we will not share your personal data with any third parties.

8. Where we store your personal data

In order to provide our services and related activities, such as customer surveys and the Site, any personal data we collect about you may be transferred to and retained by a third party at a destination within or outside the European Economic Area, including countries where personal data protection laws are less stringent. If we use a third party to process personal data on our behalf, we contractually require them to provide appropriate security for personal data, regardless of their location.
