Niklas Grouls, MA
Since December 2021, Niklas has been working as a consultant at FirstBlue in Düsseldorf. He has extensive work experience with colleagues from different scientific disciplines and since the beginning of his studies he has been interested in bridging the trans disciplinary distance between science and business.
My broad interdisciplinary background allows me to navigate through a wide range of work and knowledge cultures. Thanks to my ten years of experience in applying for, implementing and handling third-party funded projects, I view funding advice as long-term strategic advice for our clients. This ensures the optimal suitability of business structures beyond current projects.
Parallel to my work as a consultant, I coordinate the business and administration fields at the Research Institute Work – Education – Digitization at the FernUniversität Hagen and support the scientists there in the practical analysis of the effects of digital transformation on today’s world of work.
