Mies Boswinkel
Mies joined Hezelburcht in September 2025 as an intern, where she also wrote her graduation thesis. In April 2026, she started as HR Officer.
I support the HR team in the areas of administration, recruitment, and onboarding. During my studies, I had the opportunity to gain experience at various organisations, which allowed me to develop a broad perspective and gain insight into both the business and human sides of HR. I am energized by understanding and motivating others, and by providing support where needed. I am creative, committed, and solution-oriented. These qualities have sparked my interest in HR, which I am eager to use to support both colleagues and the organisation in their development.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love music, traveling and exploring, walking, playing games, and socializing.
