Merian Lelieveld, MA

Merian Lelieveld works as a Principal Consultant. She has coordinated numerous EU applications and project implementation processes. She has extensive experience in drawing up (financial) business cases and cost-benefit analyses (CBAs), including calculations of CO2 emission reductions. She has worked for many years for various consortia in the field of energy, mobility and sustainability, within the CEF and other EU programmes, including the Innovation Fund.
What makes this work so interesting to me is the variety of substantive issues, the complexity of large corporate projects, the business cases that go with them, and the fact that you are working towards a concrete result. Every day brings new surprises. The appreciation you receive from customers is also a strong motivator. Ultimately, that’s what it’s all about!
In my spare time, I like to visit historically relevant places and museums, or just enjoy being outdoors. I also enjoy board games, winter sports and reading, and I always find (behavioural) economics interesting.
