Fabian Koopman, MA
Fabian is the Managing Director at the Hezelburcht branch in Amsterdam. He’s also a member of the management team and therefore determines the Hezelburcht policy together with his colleagues. Fabian intially started out in 2009 as a consultant specialised in ICT. His expertise lies with new business development such as developing the Innovatiebox propositions at Hezelburcht. He has years of experience with grants for (ICT) companies, with a specific focus on HTSM, Creative Industry and Electrical Engineering.
I still think it’s great to be able to meet companies with the most amazing innovations and see up-close the newest technologies within the Dutch industry. In addition, I have gained hands-on experience within a broad spectrum of grants, on a regional as well as national and European level. Besides my work as a manager, I’m happily married and the proud father of two beautiful daughters whom I spend most of my free time with. I also play soccer on Saturdays and enjoy watching series and documentaries.
