Tim Brooimans, BA
Tim has worked as an innovation & IT grant specialist at Hezelburcht since May 2025. With a background in business innovation and a strong analytical mindset, he supports organisations looking to grow through technological advancement, sustainability, or social impact. He quickly grasps the essence of complex issues, contributes strategic input, and translates plans into clear, well-structured funding applications. Within project teams, he is known for his commitment, independence, and clear communication.
What drives me is the belief that good ideas deserve to be realised. Through my work at Hezelburcht, I’m able to make a tangible contribution to that goal. I value being part of initiatives that truly make a difference. I find energy in the intellectual challenge and in working alongside colleagues who complement and strengthen one another. I’m committed to approaching every project with care, precision, and dedication.
Outside of work, I’m often in the kitchen – cooking is my way to unwind and express creativity. I am particularly fond of Italian cuisine and enjoy discovering new flavours, cultures and stories when travelling. I also spend a lot of time with friends and family, preferably gathered around the table.
