Stan de Schwartz, MSc
Stan has been working at Hezelburcht as an HTSM specialist in Eindhoven since September 2025. With his committed and analytical nature, he works passionately on various projects with a focus on innovation.
Before joining Hezelburcht, I worked at a start-up on a proactive chatbot that replaced traditional employee satisfaction surveys. That experience sparked my interest in technological solutions that help organisations listen better to their people. At Hezelburcht, I combine a structured, data-driven approach with an eye for collaboration and social impact. I get energy from supporting organisations in realising their innovative ambitions. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, playing racket sports, cooking and walking to relax and come up with new ideas.
