Sam Otte, MA
Sam has been working at Hezelburcht since July 2025 as part of the High Tech (HTSM) team. He enjoys his work and takes pride in what he does. Every day, he contributes to securing grants that he believes will have a positive impact on the world around him. Sam finds it energising to work with motivated entrepreneurs and driven professionals who want to get innovations off the ground.
I feel at home within my team. I appreciate the open atmosphere and mutual trust. As a true all-rounder, I like to be flexible and help colleagues where necessary. This makes my work versatile and ensures that I can add value in different ways.
My passion lies in innovation that makes a clear positive contribution to people and nature. It is inspiring to see how innovative ideas not only bring economic progress but also achieve social and ecological improvements. The fact that I, together with my colleagues, can play a role in this makes my work particularly valuable to me.
