Michelle Ziemba, BBA
Michelle started her career at Hezelburcht in 2019. As a compliance officer she supervises grant processes at Hezelburcht, such that the processes are in accordance with agreements. Michelle supports consultants with drafting reports (financial administrative), guiding and supervising checks with clients and carrying out several back-office activities. Michelle also offers administrative support to clients on location.
I strive to support my colleagues and clients as well as possible. Details are important and I therefore try to work as precise as I can. I love challenges and I continuously analyse processes in order to propose improvements in our services and optimalise it even further. I work well under pressure, such as when deadlines need to be met or when there are ad-hoc questions. No day is the same!
