Liza Boormans, MEng
Liza has been working at Hezelburcht since 2023. With her technical background, Liza supports our clients in achieving their IT and Innovation ambitions.
With a interest in technology, innovation and people, I work with great energy at Hezelburcht to discover all the grant opportunities for our clients. During my studies at Eindhoven University of Technology, I have specialised myself in developing computer models of metabolic networks. I also led several projects, from drone development to aersole research. I have seen innovation from very close, when I was working at a R&D-department of a medical start-up. The main focus was to explore technical solutions for better quality of life, focusing on patient/customer requirements. I am using this vision in my position as a grant consultant at Hezelburcht, where I find it very important that the customer recognises themselves in the grant application we prepare for them. Cooperating with other people is what I love doing. Not only in my work, but also in my spare time; I love doing team sports like hockey and tennis, and I am always up for some ‘social talk’.
