Erika has been working at Hezelburcht as an administrative assistant since July 2025. Within our organisation, she is responsible for welcoming guests, answering the phone and handling a variety of administrative tasks. She is customer-focused, solution-oriented and does everything she can to help people as best she can. Erika derives great satisfaction from seeing happy faces and carries out her work with precision and dedication.

I enjoy working with people and find it important that they feel heard and helped. In my work as an administrative assistant, I get a lot of pleasure from arranging things down to the last detail and supporting colleagues or customers where necessary. I am a quick learner, work accurately and like to continue developing myself in order to get the best out of myself and my work every day.

In my spare time, I like to do fun things with friends, play with my young dog and enjoy playing tennis. During the darker days, I enjoy gaming, both on the PC and on the PlayStation. This balance between relaxation and challenge helps me to work with energy and enjoyment.
